Requirements

Number Description Importance
1 Accurately measure the height of a tree High
2 Easy to use High
3 Low cost Medium
4 Measure other tree attributes Low

Procurement

The parts will be sources through eBay, unless order quantities become significant enough to warrant lower lead times and lower average costs.

Quality

Environment

If possible, already owned materials will be used. Waste will disposed of in an environmentally sustainable way.

HR

I am the only resource involved in this project. I only have to make sure that I have the required skills.

Time

Daily progress will be important for the success of this project. It needs to be completed in time to allow trees to survive this coming summer in 2018-01-01.
